§ 94.034 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   No person shall bring alcoholic beverages or controlled dangerous substances, drink or consume such beverages or substances, nor shall any person be under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a controlled dangerous substance while in city parks. However, alcoholic beverages may be consumed at Devou Park Memorial Building, Dress Pavilion at the Devou Memorial Overlook, the Devou Park golf course and clubhouse, Behringer-Crawford Museum and on any park in the MainStrasse Festival Grounds during festivals approved by the city pursuant to the terms and conditions of § 132.05 of this code of ordinances, and Steinford Park on premises that have been approved by the city pursuant to alcoholic beverage licensing requirements and a license agreement approved by the City Manager and approved by the state’s Alcohol Beverage Commission.
