(A) The rules and regulations of all public courses shall be approved by the City Manager pursuant to § 94.016(B).
(B) All persons within the limits of any public course must always abide by the rules and regulations of the course, which are posted in the Devou Park golf course clubhouse, upon the golf and disc golf courses, and/or on information kiosks throughout city park property.
(C) Any person violating this system may be punished as prescribed by § 94.999 of this chapter and be excluded from the use of any golf course controlled by the City Board of Commissioners.
