Except during the hours and at the places designated by the Board of Commissioners, no person shall bathe, swim or fish in any of the lakes, pools, streams or fountains within any park property. No person shall send or throw anything whatsoever into any lakes, pools, streams or fountains, or in any manner disturb the waterfowl, birds, fish or animals within any park property. This shall include use of remote-operated or miniature boats and watercraft.
