§ 94.024 FIRE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, FIRE is defined as any flame larger than a flame of fire generated by a match or cigarette lighter.
   (B)   No person other than employees of the Recreation-Parks Department shall light, make or use any fire within any of the city’s parks, other than the grills provided for cooking purposes, without first obtaining a permit from the City Manager.
   (C)   No person shall light, make or use any fire within or on any other property owned by the city.
