§ 94.001 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARK or PARKS. Any city-owned tract of land, and the property therein, that has been designated by the City Board of Commissioners to be used for park purposes, recreational activities, outdoor education and/or the preservation of urban green space.
