The design and layout of off-street parking areas shall be as follows.
(A) Size of off-street parking spaces. One parking space shall be a minimum of nine feet in width, and 18 feet in length, exclusive of access drives or aisles.
(B) Width of access drives. All off-street parking shall be laid out with the following minimum aisle or access drive widths.
(1) For perpendicular parking, the minimum aisle or access width is 22 feet (either one- or two-way circulation).
(2) For angle parking at 60 degrees, a minimum of a 15-foot aisle or drive is required. This is for one-way passage only.
(3) One-way angle parking at 45 degrees and 30 degrees must have minimum aisle or drive through widths of 12 feet and 11 feet respectively.
