(A) All driving lanes of existing parking lots shall be properly marked with luminous paint upon the surface of the parking lot designating parking spaces, stop locations, traffic lanes and crosswalks.
(B) The parking lot shall also be properly marked with traffic signs consistent with the Department of Transportation regulations, including speed limit signs not exceeding 15 mph, perpendicular stop signs where practicable, and perpendicular one- way signs where practicable.
