§ 35.084 GOOD STANDING.

Procuring departments shall be responsible for ensuring that all vendors selected for city procurement have an account in good standing with the city. Vendors providing commodities and services to the city should comply with the applicable provisions of Chapter 110 of this code of ordinances regarding business licenses.
