§ 35.060 CITY MANAGER AUTHORIZED TO APPLY FOR GRANTS.
   (A)   The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign grant applications on behalf of the city. Board of Commissioners approval shall not be required for the submission of any grant application.
   (B)   After notice of an award, the grant agreements shall follow the applicable contract approval and execution procedures.
