(A) City employees shall not participate in the election campaign of the members of the City Commission in city buildings or on city property.
(B) City employees shall not participate in the election campaign of the members of the City Commission while in a city vehicle.
(C) City employees shall not use any city resources including the city’s email system to comment on candidates or their positions on issues or post campaign placards or slogans on city property.
(D) Any employee who violates this section shall be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.
