§ 35.001 SELF-INSURANCE PROGRAM.
   (A)   In order to provide for a joint and cooperative program for self-insurance, the city has adopted Ord. O-36-87, passed 6-23-1987, and Ord. O-19-93, passed 5-18-1993.
   (B)   All agreements, articles and by-laws pertaining to self-insurance and specifically authorized by Ord. O-36-87 and Ord. O-19-93 are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein.
