(A) Each member of the Civil Service Board shall receive compensation for his or her services at a rate established by the Board of Commissioners.
(B) The Civil Service Board consists of three members. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
(C) The Purchasing/Personnel Specialist is assigned as assistant to the Civil Service Board as a part of his or her normal duties.
(D) Any word herein importing the masculine gender is extended to and applied to female as well as male.
