(A) It is declared that the city’s Police Department, Division of Safety, will make application for participation in the state’s Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund Training Incentive Program.
(B) If accepted for participation in the fund, the city’s Police Department, Division of Safety, will comply with KRS 15.410 through 15.515 and all regulations of the Department of Justice relating thereto.
