The Urban Forestry Board shall:
(A) Hold regular meetings as it deems necessary. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting the business of the Board;
(B) Elect a Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and a secretary thereof, as soon as practical after the time of the annual appointment of members to the Board; and
(C) Make its own bylaws not inconsistent with this subchapter, and keep a record of its proceeding in accordance with the state’s Open Meetings requirements, which shall be provided to the City Clerk upon approval.
