§ 32.027 GOVERNANCE.
   (A)   Upon creation, the Commissioners of the Parking Authority shall adopt bylaws and rules and regulations as are necessary for governing the Parking Authority.
   (B)   The Parking Authority Board shall have full powers to make bylaws and rules for the regulation and management of the affairs of the Parking Authority not inconsistent with the provisions of the articles of incorporation and the laws of the commonwealth and the city and this subchapter.
