(A) The following federal regulations related to codes of conduct, procurement policies and conflicts of interest provisions, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this code:
(1) 2 C.F.R. 200;
(2) Title 24: Housing and Urban Development, § 92.356 Conflict of Interest; and
(3) Title 24: Housing and Urban Development, § 570.611 Conflict of Interest.
(B) Copies of these federal regulations shall be maintained at the City Clerk’s office and shall be available for public inspection, and they shall be made a part of the permanent records of the city. (Copies are attached to Ord. O-3-08.)
