(A) KRS 66.480 is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
(B) The Finance Director is designated as the officer authorized to invest and oversee the investment of city funds, with the direction and concurrence of the City Manager. The Finance Director and/or the City Manager may seek and rely upon the advice of professional financial advisors.
(C) Permitted types of investments include: those enumerated in KRS 66.480(1).
(D) The Finance Director is authorized and directed to develop procedures and standards as enumerated in KRS 66.480(3) that are adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
