9-4-2: SANITARY SEWERS, WATER SUPPLY AND STORM SEWERS:
   A.   Sanitary Sewers Required: All new subdivisions shall be serviced by sanitary sewers which shall be installed to comply with the regulations and specifications of the state of Illinois sanitary water board, the city of Countryside, the South Lyons Township sanitary district, and the metropolitan sanitary district of greater Chicago.
   B.   Water Supply Required: All new subdivisions shall be provided with city water or water from such other source as may be approved by the city council.
   C.   Storm Sewers: When required by the plan commission-zoning board, storm sewers shall be constructed throughout the entire subdivision which shall be separate and independent of the sanitary sewer system and which shall provide an adequate outlet, or connection with the storm sewer system of the city. No storm sewers shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system. When storm sewers are not installed, adequate facilities for the removal of surface water shall be provided throughout the entire subdivision which meet with the approval of the city engineer.
