A. U-Turns: It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to make a U-turn so as to proceed in the opposite direction on the same street.
B. No Turn On Red Light: There shall be no turn on a red light at the following intersections:
55th Street and Plainfield Road.
Eastbound traffic on 51st Street at East Avenue and Plainfield Road.
Easterly bound traffic on Plainfield Road at East Avenue.
Plainfield Road and Route 45 (Mannheim Road).
Route 45 (Mannheim Road) and Route 66 (Joliet Road).
Southbound traffic on East Avenue at 51st Street and Plainfield Road. (1970 Code §4-1.12.1, as amended)
C. Left Turn Only: There shall be no right hand turn permitted by any vehicle entering that portion of Kensington Avenue between Joliet Road and 61st Street from the east. The erection of appropriate "Left Turn Only" signs is hereby authorized.
D. Left Turn Only: There shall be no right-hand turn permitted by any vehicle exiting the property commonly known as 51 East Plainfield Road onto 6th Avenue. The erection of appropriate "Left Turn Only" signs is hereby authorized.
E. Right Turn Only: There shall be no left-hand turn permitted by any vehicle exiting the property commonly known as the Plaza Shopping Center from 59th Street onto LaGrange Road. The erection of appropriate "Right Turn Only" signs is hereby authorized.
F. No Right Turn: There shall be no right turn permitted for any vehicle heading eastbound on 55th Street onto southbound Madison Avenue from the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. to six o'clock (6:00) P.M., Monday through Friday inclusive. The erection of appropriate "No Right Turn" signs is hereby authorized.
G. No Right Turn: There shall be no right turn permitted for any vehicle heading eastbound on 55th Street onto southbound Ashland Avenue from the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. to six o'clock (6:00) P.M., Monday through Friday inclusive. The erection of appropriate "No Right Turn" and "Do Not Block Intersection" signs are hereby authorized.
H. No Right Turn: There shall be no right turn permitted for any vehicle heading eastbound on 55th Street onto southbound Catherine Avenue from the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and four o'clock (4:00) P.M. to six o'clock (6:00) P.M., Monday through Friday inclusive. The erection of appropriate "No Right Turn" and "Do Not Block Intersection" signs are hereby authorized.
I. No Right Turn: There shall be no right turn permitted for any vehicle heading southbound on East Avenue onto westbound 56th Street but for residential traffic. The erection of appropriate "No Right Turn Except For Residential Traffic" and "Do Not Block Intersection" signs are hereby authorized.
J. No Right Turn: There shall be no right turn permitted for any vehicle heading southbound on East Avenue onto westbound 57th Street but for residential traffic. The erection of appropriate "No Right Turn Except For Residential Traffic" and "Do Not Block Intersection" signs are hereby authorized.
K. No Right Turn: There shall be no right turn permitted for any vehicle heading southbound on East Avenue onto westbound 58th Street but for residential traffic. The erection of appropriate "No Right Turn Except For Residential Traffic" and "Do Not Block Intersection" signs are hereby authorized.
