The provisions of "an act to provide for the setting apart, formation and disbursement of a police pension fund in cities and villages and incorporated towns having a population of not more than 200,000 inhabitants 1 " approved June 14, 1909, as amended, are hereby adopted by the city. Three (3) copies of said act are on file in the office of the city clerk and available for public use, inspection and examination. (1970 Code §3-2.1, as amended)
