Any person who, by any loud or unusually loud, boisterous, insulting, profane or obscene language, or by fighting, challenging to fight, or by being drunk in any building, or upon any street or alley or other places within the corporate limits of the city, or who, in any other manner, disturbs the peace and quiet of any person, place or neighborhood, within the said incorporated limits of the city, shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person, upon conviction for the violation of the provisions of this section, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 6, 2-2-1903; amd. 2015 Code)
