4-4-3: JUNK VEHICLE ON PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY:
It is unlawful for any person to park any "junk vehicle" as defined in this chapter on the public right of way for any length of time; provided, however, that upon notification to the county sheriff's department that a motor vehicle has become disabled while being operated, such vehicle may be lawfully parked against the curb area of a public right of way for a period not to exceed twenty four (24) hours to effect repairs or arrange for removal.
