4-2-5: PROHIBITED BURNING:

A. The burning of any material other than as permitted in section 4-2-4 of this chapter shall not be permitted within the city. (Ord. 245, 6-18-1985, eff. 6-18-1985)

B. There shall be no burning if the fire chief has issued a no burn order. (2015 Code)
