A. The sale of beer, wine and liquor shall be allowed at State licensed liquor stores or special distributors from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. every day of the year except for Christmas Day and any other day when the sale of beer, wine or liquor is prohibited by the State of Idaho or the State Liquor Division. Beer, wine and liquor may be dispensed or sold at liquor stores or special distributors on Sundays, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving Day, but only during the hours set out in this section. Beer, wine or liquor shall not be sold or dispensed at State licensed liquor stores or special distributors between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
B. The sale of beer, wine and liquor by the drink shall be allowed from ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. every day of the year except for Christmas Day and any other day when the sale of beer, wine or liquor is prohibited by the State of Idaho or the State Liquor Division. Beer, wine and liquor by the drink may be dispensed or sold on Sundays, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving Day, but only during the hours set out in this section. Beer, wine or liquor by the drink shall not be sold or dispensed between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M.
C. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable in accordance with the general misdemeanor statutes of the State of Idaho. (Ord. 514, 8-8-2017)
