9-2-1: IMPACT AREA AGREEMENT:
The impact area agreement, dated April 19, 2010, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated herein as if set out in full verbatim, is hereby adopted by the city as the impact area agreement between the city and the county for the area of impact surrounding the city. (Ord. 471, 9-14-2010)
