A. Established: Pursuant to the authority set out in title 50 of the Idaho Code, the city council shall establish by resolution a fee structure for the disposing of septage in the city wastewater treatment facility.
B. Determination Of Fee:
1. Any truck which dumps septage into the city wastewater treatment facility shall have a meter attached thereto which shall monitor the number of gallons of discharge into the city system.
2. In the event a truck is not equipped with a meter which measures discharge, the charge shall be based upon the size of tank carried on the truck which contains the septage. (Res. 417, 11-7-2006, eff. 11-7-2006; amd. Ord. 500, 9-10-2013)
