§ 175.03 LICENSE.
   (A)   License required. No person shall keep for retail sale, sell at retail or otherwise dispose of any tobacco, tobacco related devices, electronic delivery devices, or nicotine or lobelia delivery products in the City of Cottonwood without first obtaining a license from the city.
   (B)   Application. An application for a license to sell shall be made on a form provided by the city. The application shall contain the full name of the applicant, the applicant's residential and business addresses and telephone numbers, the name of the business for which the license is sought and any additional information the city deems necessary.
   (C)   Fee. No license shall be issued until the appropriate license fee is paid in full. The fee for a license shall be established by the City Council and may be amended from time to time. All retail tobacco licenses shall be valid for one calendar year from the date that the license is issued.
   (D)   Revocation or suspension. Any license issued under this subchapter may be revoked or suspended as provided in the violations and penalties sections of this subchapter.
   (E)   Moveable place of business. No license shall be issued to a moveable place of business. Only fixed location businesses shall be eligible to be licensed under this subchapter.
   (F)   Display. Every license shall be conspicuously posted at the place for which the license is issued and shall be exhibited to any person upon request.
