§ 173.20 APPLICABILITY.
   This subchapter applies to the operation of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), mini-trucks, utility task vehicles (UTVs), golf carts, and other motorized carts on public roadways, public lands, private property, and public rights-of-way within the boundaries of the city.
