§ 173.02 WINTER PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful to park, or permit any vehicle to remain parked, on any street from November 15 to April 15 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., or until the streets are plowed from curb to curb, during a snow emergency.
