§ 171.021 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Applicant must provide current records in a form acceptable to the Committee.
   (B)   Applicant must provide valid bids for the work or equipment proposed.
   (C)   The Committee must have available to it projections or proforma to support repaymentability.
