10.04.010: SOLID RUBBER TIRES:
Every solid rubber tire on any vehicle operated upon the paved streets within the city shall have rubber on its entire surface at least one inch (1") thick above the edge of the flange of the entire periphery. (Ord. 215 § 1, 1965)
