At all general and special city elections of the city of Cottonwood, Idaho, the polls shall be opened at twelve o'clock (12:00) noon and remain open until all registered electors of that precinct have voted or until eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of the same day, whichever comes first. (Ord. 156, 1997)
