A. Permitted: Most uses will not be restricted as long as the uses comply with existing city ordinances and county, state and federal regulations pertaining to the discharge of contaminants.
B. Prohibited: Certain uses or conditions, including, but not limited to, the following, are prohibited within zone III of the wellhead protection areas:
1. Hazardous waste material;
2. Land use activities posing an inordinate hazard or threat to existing ground water quality as deemed by the planning and zoning commission and the mayor and the city council during the review process of applications. (Ord. 136 § 6, 1994)
