8.12.040: RESTRICTIONS WITHIN ZONE I OF THE WELLHEAD PROTECTION AREA:
   A.   Permitted: Permitted uses are limited to the necessary wellhead equipment, wellhead facilities, buildings, water storage tanks and approved landscaping.
   B.   Prohibited: Any other use but that of providing potable water is prohibited. (Ord. 136 § 4, 1994)
