6.04.230: IMMUNITY:
The city of Cottonwood, its officials, employees, animal control officers and agents shall not be liable for any acts or omissions in performing duties arising from this chapter and shall be immune from suit on any claims arising by reason of any such alleged act or omission. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1996)
