6.04.210: VIOLATIONS AND REMEDIES CUMULATIVE:
The violations, punishments and remedies provided in this chapter shall be cumulative with other provisions of this code, state and federal laws, and the city may cause any conduct or condition in violation of this chapter constituting a public nuisance to be abated as a public nuisance in the manner provided by law. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1996)
