A. It is unlawful for any person to harbor a dangerous dog within the city limits except as provided in this chapter.
B. The city clerk-treasurer shall not issue or renew any dog license for any dog that has been declared a dangerous dog by the city or dangerous, vicious or other similar classification by any governmental authority, except as may be provided by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1996)
