6.04.130: FEMALE DOGS IN HEAT:

All persons harboring any female dog shall keep it shut up when in heat. Any female dog running at large at such season may be disposed of by the animal control officer without giving any notice required under section 6.04.090 of this chapter. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1996)
