6.04.120: RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any harborer of a dog to permit a harbored dog to:
   A.   Be or run at large; or
   B.   Go or remain upon any public streets, alleys or any other public place in the city while not under control; and
   C.   Go or remain upon any private premises not owned by, leased by, or in the control of the harborer without the consent of the owner or occupier of the private premises. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1996)
