6.04.010: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for regulation of the harboring of dogs within the city limits, to promote public safety and welfare of the citizens of the city, and to promote the welfare of dogs harbored within the city limits. (Ord. 151 § 2, 1996)
