For the purpose of this chapter:
DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITATION: In-person selling or soliciting any sale or lease of goods or services for profit at the residence or dwelling of a potential customer without the prior express invitation or consent of the owner or occupier of the residence or dwelling. This definition shall include, but is not limited to, what is commonly known as "door to door" sales.
RESIDENCE OR DWELLING: Any residential dwelling place, including, but not limited to, a house, apartment, condominium, mobile home and other structures occupied for household dwelling purposes. (Ord. 238, 2013)
