16.08.190: UTILITIES:

The word "utilities" means culinary water lines, pressure and gravity irrigation lines, sanitary and storm sewer lines, electric power and telephone transmission lines, together with all poles, wires, underground conduit and junction boxes, guywires and bracing thereto. (Ord. 51 § 3, 1977)
