15.04.190: ALTERATION OF WATERCOURSES:
The FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR shall:
   A.   Notify adjacent communities and the state department of water resources prior to any alteration or relocation of a watercourse, and submit evidence of such notification to the Federal Insurance Administration through reasonable means.
   B.   Assure that the flood carrying capacity of the altered or relocated portion of the watercourse is maintained. (Ord. 96 § 4.3-4, 1987; amd. Ord. 254, 7-12-2021)
