No STRUCTURE or DEVELOPMENT shall be constructed, located, extended, converted, or altered without full compliance with the terms of this chapter and other applicable FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. Any VIOLATION of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable as provided by Idaho law. Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any VIOLATION of this chapter or any other FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS.
