§ 14.1003 IMPOSITION OF RESTRICTIONS.

a. The Clerk/Treasurer shall have the authority to impose such restrictions, conditions and safeguards upon the conduct of a parade, procession or public gathering as he or she shall deem fit or proper, consistent with this article.

b. Masked faces or organizations practicing discrimination against anyone shall not be permitted to assemble or parade in the town.
