a. The Town Council hereby declares the town to be a “Crime Watch Area”, and hereby authorizes the placing of signs upon highway rights-of-way upon highways entering the town designating the community as a “Crime Watch Area”.
b. Said signs shall be placed in accordance with the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) regulations as authorized by the Act of the General Assembly dated May 20, 1981.
