§ 14.605 ADULT CLUBS.

a. Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

ADULT CLUBS. Businesses catering to adults for the purpose of exciting its customers in a salacious manner.

b. Regulation. Such clubs are hereby declared unlawful in the town.
