§ 13.308 COUNSELING, ADVISING AND THE LIKE UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to counsel, advise, incite, abet, procure or aid any other person in the violation of any ordinance. Such person shall be held and deemed a principal. (State v. Westfield. 1 Bail. (17 S.C.L. 132))
