§ 10.401  PIT PRIVY DEFINED; DECLARED UNLAWFUL.
   a.   State law (S.C. Code § 44-55-210) prohibits any property owner to construct, erect, install, maintain or permit to remain any pit privy on any property within the corporate limits.
   b.   The term PIT PRIVY, as used in this article, shall mean a building used for affording privacy while in the act of urination or defecation.
