§ 9.110  RIGHT OF ENTRY DURING EMERGENCIES.
   In a fire or life threatening emergency, while endeavoring to control or extinguish fires or rescue injured victims, the Chief, or his or her designated representatives, may pass through and enter any adjacent building or property.
